- Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Rates not available to the general public (e.g., corporate, group, membership, loyalty, rewards program rates, or government discounts).
- Rates obtained via auction sites, package deals (e.g., flight + hotel), or opaque websites where the hotel name is not revealed until after booking.
- Rates that include loyalty points, coupons, vouchers, or promotional offers not offered to the general public.

- Provide proof of the lower rate, including a screenshot or link showing the rate details and booking conditions.
- Our team will verify the lower rate and confirm the adjustment if the claim meets all conditions.

- Your existing booking remains valid, and no additional action is needed from your side.

- We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be independently verified or do not meet the outlined terms.
