- Rates not available to the general public (e.g., corporate, group, membership, loyalty, rewards program rates, or government discounts).
- Rates obtained via auction sites, package deals (e.g., flight + hotel), or opaque websites where the hotel name is not revealed until after booking.
- Rates that include loyalty points, coupons, vouchers, or promotional offers not offered to the general public.
