How do I know the apartment I am assigned is as nice as the photos look?
All of the apartments at Midtown 718 Apartments are beautifully furnished. If you know your dates of booking, you may reach out and ask us to send you photos of the apartment that will be assigned to you.
What if I end up needing to stay longer than my original reservation is for?
Just let us know and usually we can extend your reservation for you. If you are in an apartment at Midtown, one of the advantages of our management assigning apartments is that we can move upcoming guests to a different unit in order to accommodate an existing guest who needs to extend their stay.
What types of rental accommodations does Onyx Properties offer?
We offer four kinds of stays in Visalia, California. These are vacation rentals, private two-bedroom apartments for mid-term stays, shared houses with private bedrooms for mid-term stays, and an entire private three-bedroom home for a mid-term stay. Everything is furnished, so you can arrive with just your bags.
Do you offer short-term and mid-term rentals?
Yes. Our vacation rentals work for shorter trips. Our mid-term rentals have a 30-day minimum and include private apartments, shared houses, and our entire private home. If you’re not sure which one fits, call us, and we’ll help you sort it out.
Where are your properties located?
All of our properties are in Visalia, California. The vacation rentals are on South Giddings Street, the private apartments are on North Floral Street, and the shared houses are on North Thomas Street and East Babcock Avenue. Our vacation rentals are about 40 to 60 minutes from Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks.
Are all properties fully furnished?
Yes. Every property is furnished and set up with kitchen appliances and a TV. All properties also include Wi-Fi. Each listing shows its exact amenities, so you can check before you book.
Who are your rental properties suitable for?
Our mid-term stays suit business travelers, healthcare and other professionals, students, and people relocating to Visalia. Many of our apartment guests are solo travelers in town for work; some are leased by small families. Our vacation rentals suit families and groups visiting the national parks, the Central California coast, or Paso Robles wine country.

It varies by property, but most stays include furnished rooms, kitchen appliances, TV, air conditioning,parking,fast Wi-Fi (400 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload), and each mid-term property has its own laundry room. Our vacation rentals add extras like hot tubs and fire pits.
Do you offer vacation rentals and extended-stay accommodations?
Yes, both. Our vacation rentals are Sequoia Basecamp with Hot Tub Oasis, Group Retreat with Hot Tub & Studio, and Sequoia Studio with Private Patio. Extended stays run 30 days or longer and include our private apartments, shared houses, and entire private home.

Do you offer a Best Price Guarantee?
Yes. If you book directly with us and find a lower public rate for the same property, dates, guests, and booking conditions, we’ll match it. Send us proof within 24 hours of booking. Member-only, corporate, coupon, and package-deal rates aren’t covered.
