The House

Step inside the huge outside door leading to the front patio and follow the path through the front patio past the boulders, dry creek bed, and desert-scape landscape design. A quaint covered porch leads to the front door of the house.

This property has been featured twice on the Garden Tour by the Garden Club—one year for the lushly planted backyard and outdoor living space, and another year for the unique use of hardscape and drought-tolerant plants used to create the beautiful front yard landscape. Elegant landscape lighting adds ambiance to both the front and back landscaping and living spaces at night.

The large driveway accommodates five vehicles, and there is street parking in front of the home.

Walk out the back door of the home to the lovely large patio with its complete outdoor kitchen, hot tub for six, waterfall and koi pond, and fire pit.
In the winter, after your warm soak in the hot tub, enjoy relaxing by the fire pit with your family and friends—it will keep you comfortably warm even on cold winter nights.

In the summer, you will appreciate the shade on the back patio and the coolness of the water feature. You might even take a dip in the unheated very large hot tub to cool off.

The inside of the home is beautifully decorated in a contemporary California style. This is not just a basic suburban house in a basic suburban neighborhood—the thought, effort, and investment put into the décor is evident. You will feel like you are truly on vacation here.

You will notice the attention to detail throughout this property. There are spaces for working, eating, unpacking, and relaxing. All beds have Tempur-Pedic memory-foam mattresses, soft quality linens, extra pillows and blankets, toiletries, and bathroom accessories. Luggage stands are provided.
The dining room table seats eight, and the bar seats three.

In the kitchen, cooking oil, seasonings, filtered water, coffee, and tea are provided.
There is a laundry room with laundry soap included.

The Apartment

Walk through the south patio to the separate entrance for the Garden Studio Apartment. This large space features a functional kitchenette, a dining table for four, and two queen beds. There is a bathroom with a shower, and the back door opens directly onto the back patio of the main home.

This is an ideal setup for large groups because everyone can be together yet still enjoy privacy when desired.

We also provide a new, very comfortable office chair for working, as well as a dining table and chairs for four.

The kitchenette includes an electric pot, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, sink, counter space, dishes, and supplies. There is also a cutting board, seasonings, and a large free-standing George Foreman grill outside the door.

The décor is bright, warm, and welcoming. Through the back window and door, you can enjoy views of the main home’s unique backyard, complete with boulders, waterfall, koi pond, and mature landscaping.

Like the main house, the studio apartment includes toiletries, a hairdryer, a magnifying makeup mirror, luggage stands, an iron, and an ironing board.
