The master suite, has a private entrance. Suite #2, the smallest, provides exclusive storage with four nearby cabinets, whereas suite #3 offers abundant closet space. Both the master suite and suite 3 include garage parking. A monthly cleaning service is provided and all guests pay a nominal fee for this service.
We provide you with a fully furnished house, including a spacious kitchen, inviting living room, elegant dining room, and a convenient laundry area. All outdoor spaces are shared, encouraging a sense of community among residents. Enjoy the lush surroundings in our huge, tiled, covered courtyard equipped with a ping pong table and ample seating.
Additionally, for added flexibility, there's a Casita on the same property with a separate entrance, patio, and address.
Your safety is our priority, with security cameras positioned at the front and a tall concrete wall securing the backside of the property. Experience a quiet and secure environment that complements the warmth of our welcoming home.
