Share a newer, cute, comfortable cottage that is beautifully-furnished, next to a lovely main home in a quiet neighborhood. This is a large lot with a walkway that winds through the property. There are 2 different varieties of orange trees so you can sample the most plentiful crop of this agricultural valley. There are no neighbors behind you; just a river trail.

The space

This Casita has a small kitchen, bar for eating, a living room, and a laundry area. These are shared spaces. On one side of this home is a private bedroom and bathroom and on the other side, another private bedroom and bathroom, which will be rented to another traveling professional. An outdoor table and chairs underneath a Gazebo covered with flowing vines makes a shady, relaxing place to enjoy California wine!

All appliances and furnishings are included. All utilities, streaming TV services, wifi and off-street parking included. The thermostat range allowed is up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 73 degrees in the summer.

This listing is for one side of Suite Spot, plus access to the shared spaces inside and all of the outside areas. Additionally, the main house has a very large covered patio with a ping pong table and a lot of seating. This space is also available and accessible for Suite Spot guests.

During your stay

There is a dedicated Hospitality Coordinator and a Maintenance Coordinator that, along with their team, take care of my Visalia Properties. One of us is always on call in case you need anything.

Other things to note

We are very careful about who we lease to and we do not allow pets or children in our shared properties. We have house rules that all guests must agree to:

1. Quiet hours after 9pm during the week and 11pm on the weekend.
2. All guests must place ALL personal belongings, (other than kitchen items), in their private suite at the end of every day.

We reserve the right to schedule a cleaning of Suite Spot if we determine, or a guest reports, that these areas are not being kept clean. We appropriately charge guests for this service. We also offer regular a cleaning service upon request.
