Midterm Shared Houses

Approximately 15 minutes from Kaweah Delta Healthcare District.

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service for a reasonable fee.

This is a Spanish-style large home in a nice neighborhood. There are three separate suites. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom. The master suite has its own separate entrance. All suites have their own key locks for guest’s privacy. This listing is for suite #2, the smallest of the 3. However, there are 4 cabinets in the hall near this suite which are exclusively for the use of this suite.

We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle.
Garage parking might be available during your stay. If not, there is plenty of street parking. There are walking trails along the St John’s River. To be fair, this is a very small river. : )

We allow a maximum of 6 people in this large home, but usually there are 3-4 guests. As an FYI, there is a Casita on the property with a separate entrance, separate patio and separate address.

I enjoy hosting. My hosting style is to give you clear information in advance of your stay; to make it easy for you to plan your travel and live comfortably in your new temporary home.

* We require and provide cleanings every 30 days for a fee.
* You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 3 days.
* We charge for lost or damaged items.
* Please clean up the shared outside living areas after using them.
* Park in your assigned parking space at all times.
* Thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 70 in the winter.
* Immediately after booking, the guest will be asked to verify their identity, sign a rental agreement, and submit their credit card information
for a hold to be placed in case of damaged or missing items upon check-out.
