Midterm Shared Houses

There is an office/study room for all guests to use, in addition to the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and patio. The entire house is furnished including kitchen supplies and bed and bath linens. Utilities are provided, including wifi.

We allow a maximum of 6 people in the home, but we have never actually had more than 5.

There are 2 private suites , (a private bedroom and a private bathroom) in this home, and 2 additional bedrooms which share a bathroom.

This listing is for the 1 private suite that is downstairs; all other bedrooms are on the second floor. This bathroom is not an ensuite, but is across the hall from the bedroom.

We provide locks on all bedroom doors for your privacy.

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service for a fee.

We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle.

Garage parking for this listing and plenty of designated guest parking less than one block away. This is a small, quiet neighborhood.

There is a pool, park, and basketball courts exclusively for this small community, so never crowded.

Approximately 15 minutes from Kaweah Delta Healthcare District.

* We require and provide cleanings every 30 days for a fee.
* You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 3 days.
* We charge for lost or damaged items.
* Please clean up the shared outside living areas after using them.
* Park in your assigned parking space at all times.
* Thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 70 in the winter.
* Immediately after booking, the guest will be asked to verify their identity, sign a rental agreement, and submit their credit card information for a hold to be placed in case of damaged or missing items upon check-out.
