We allow a maximum of 6 people in the home, but we have never actually had more than 5.

There are 2 private suites , (a private bedroom and a private bathroom) in this home, and 2 additional bedrooms which share a bathroom.

This listing is for the 1 private suite that is downstairs; all other bedrooms are on the second floor. This bathroom is not an ensuite, but is across the hall from the bedroom.

We provide locks on all bedroom doors for your privacy.

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service for a fee.

We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle.

* You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 3 days.
* We charge for lost or damaged items.

* Park in your assigned parking space at all times.
* Thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 70 in the winter.
* Immediately after booking, the guest will be asked to verify their identity, sign a rental agreement, and submit their credit card information for a hold to be placed in case of damaged or missing items upon check-out.
