There is an office/study room for all guests to use, in addition to the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Garage parking is provided.
There are 2 private suites, (a private bedroom and a private bathroom is a suite), in this home, and 2 additional bedrooms which share a bathroom. We allow a maximum of 6 people in the home, but we have never actually had more than 5.
This master suite is upstairs on one end of the hallway and has a large ensuite bathroom, as well as a window unit for additional cooling. There are locks on all bedroom doors for your privacy.
This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service for a fee.
We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle. Garage parking with automatic garage door with this listing. Guest parking is less than a block away. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other two bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a futon in the large living room. The home easily sleeps 8 people. There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and also the living room. All bedrooms have some of the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on- see the reviews of this property! One bath has tub and shower, 2nd bath has shower only.
Laundry room in the house. Coffee, a variety of tea bags, and filtered water in the fridge door. We boast a great deal of kitchen staples such as spices, cooking oil, sandwich spreads and more.
The backyard features a hot tub, built-in fire pit, large waterfall and Koi pond with beautiful professionally done landscaping. The back yard is entirely patio surrounded by landscaping, rather than a grassy lawn.
The covered patio area has a functional outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining table which seats 6. The remainder of the patio is covered with 2 large umbrellas, so that nearly the entire backyard is shaded. This allows for use of the backyard throughout the summer.
But there is more…! This outdoor living space features a very large water feature with a waterfall and a Koi Pond. There is also a built-in gas fire pit and large comfortable seating area. The large, crystal-clear water, hot tub has room for 6 adults.
In the summer, you will appreciate the coolness of the shade from the large trees, covered patios, and the water feature. The hot tub may be kept cool and guests often use it in the summer as a relaxing way to cool off.
In the winter, after your warm soak in the hot tub, enjoy relaxing by the fire pit with your family and friends. It will keep you comfortably warm even on cold winter nights.
