Hiking trails along St John’s River are 2 blocks away. There are 2 private suites, (a private bedroom and a private bathroom is a suite), in this home, and 2 additional bedrooms which share a bathroom.

This listing is for 1 of the 2 bedrooms that would share a bathroom across the hall. The newly-built bathroom has double sinks and a large shower. There is an office/study room for all guests to use, in addition to the living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. Large closets. We allow a maximum of 6 people in the home, but we have never had more than 5. This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service for a fee. 

We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle. There are off-street parking spaces specifically designated for the use of residents of this small community and their guests. The spaces are less than a block from the house. 

This is where you would park. Approximately 10 minutes from Kaweah Delta Healthcare District.

* We require and provide cleanings every 30 days for a fee.

* You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 3 days.

* We charge for lost or damaged items.

* Please clean up the shared outside living areas after using them.

* Park in your assigned parking space at all times.

* Thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 70 in the winter.

* Immediately after booking, the guest will be asked to verify their identity, sign a rental agreement, and submit their credit card information for a hold to be placed in case of damaged or missing items upon check-out.
