The rate must apply to the same property, accommodation type, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, and booking conditions (such as cancellation policies).

Excluded Rates

Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- Rates not available to the general public (e.g., corporate, group, membership, loyalty, rewards program rates, or government discounts).
- Rates obtained via auction sites, package deals (e.g., flight + hotel), or opaque websites where the hotel name is not revealed until after booking.
- Rates that include loyalty points, coupons, vouchers, or promotional offers not offered to the general public.

The house was in a very nice neighborhood, with beautiful landscaping and a great patio. The 3 bedroom / 2 bath main house was spacious and provided everything we needed. The guest house was so cute, even though we did not need the space. It was about 53 miles to the NP entrance, but the drive was better than staying at the little motels that dot the ride into the park. We found great restaurants in town and would recommend this property for any reason if you needed to stay in the area.

Located close to downtown Visalia and close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. We visited the beautiful National Parks, had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful with old growth trees, we enjoyed taking the dogs for walks.
