For the vacation rental house or the rental of the entire property:
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be requested in advance for us to be able to accommodate them. An extra fee applies.
We would greatly appreciate you adjusting the thermostat when no one will be in the home.
Pets must be pre-approved and pet fee paid. Smoking is allowed outside only.
Please DO NOT rearrange the furniture or drag the furniture across the wood floor. Use the placemats provided to protect the wood furniture. We will charge for damage. If you are hosting a pre-approved event in the home and you need to move furniture, just let us know and we will do it for you!
Do not get into the koi pond or trample the plants in and around the water.
Keep the cover on the hot tub and the temperature turned down to 80 degrees anytime it is not in use. The tree droppings will clog the filter.
