Everything was clean and ready when we arrived and then they checked to be sure everything was to our liking after we arrived. Very accommodating. Very pleased with James and Lisa. Our family had an absolutely fabulous time in the vacation rental near Sequoia parks with Onyx Properties. They are a wonderful company to deal with, always kind and prompt; very professional. The place was wonderful and we had NO problems at all! We loved the house, the amenities and the Onyx staff. Every member of our family would highly recommend this property as a 5-star stay!
